The joinery in this modern cotswold extension has been designed and made by Kelmscott Studio. The bespoke table was also designed by us to perfectly fit the dimensions of the space.

This snug cabin bed was designed and made by Kelmscott Studio, including the bookcase and the shutters. A nautical wall lamp adds light in the evenings.

Natural textiles, raw materials and simple paint colours allow the patina of the original woodwork to be the main feature of this bedroom
Where possible we like to source reclaimed. This beautiful sink has been paired with unlacquered brass taps that will age naturally over time, developing thier own patina
